We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Debt Consultant to join our team. As a Debt Consultant, you will work in our call center environment helping consumers who have applied for help resolving their unsecured debt.

Responsibilities include:

Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt
Quote payment options and explain program details
Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files
Schedule is your option of Monday to Friday 9a-6p OR 10a-7p

Requirements:

1+ years of prior debt settlement or related inside sales experience required
The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
Must be energetic and self-motivated
Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools
Must be within a commutable distance to our office in West Palm Beach, FL

Things You Should Know About This Role:

This is a phone sales position. You must be comfortable and effective on the phone throughout the day.
You’ll be handling inbound and outbound calls with motivated prospects seeking help with unsecured debt.
Average first-year earnings range from $55K to $75K+, depending on performance.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (local time).
