Our Sales Consultants serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with debt resolution. This role involves engaging both inbound and outbound leads, building rapport with prospective clients, and guiding them through our qualification and enrollment process.

Things you should know about this role:
- At this time, we are only considering candidates who have recent Debt Settlement / Debt Relief sales experience.
- This is a remote role that is open only to applicants in AZ, FL, GA, MD, NY, PA & TX
- This is a phone sales position. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
- This role is hourly + commission + bonus. On average, a first-year sales representative can expect to earn $50k-$75k or more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking inbound calll from consumers interested in our services.
- Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services.
- Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt.
- Quote payment options and explain program details.
- Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
- Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent debt settlement, credit counseling or related experience
- The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Must be energetic and self-motivated.
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must have a suitable workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Excellent leads. No cold calling is required.
