The Sales Support Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking our services. This role involves making outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest, engaging them in conversation, prequalifying their eligibility, and transferring qualified leads to our enrollment team.
We are seeking motivated and professional individuals who are are comfortable making and taking calls, effectively communicating with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring only qualified candidates move forward in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPENSATION: $15/hr base + uncapped commissions. The average pay is between $18-20/hour inclusive of hourly and commission. Plus Monthly Bonuses

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals who are are comfortable making and taking calls, effectively communicating with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring only qualified candidates move forward in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make contact prospective customers via outbound and inbound calls (warm leads, NO cold calling)
- Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor
- Identify the customers’ objectives and provide possible solutions
- Some call center or sales experience is preferred
- Must have a positive, upbeat and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to change
- Be result driven and goal oriented
